You’ve probably noticed that juices and smoothies have taken over Instagram and I will unashamedly admit that I am a heavy contributor to such phenomena… Long gone are the days where breakfast consisted of honey flavoured crunchy flakes (but the corny commercials will forever live in my memory). I like to have my smoothies in bowls for breakfast because: 1. I top them with fruit, grains, cereal and all other sorts of goodness. 2. It stops me from guzzling the whole thing in 10 seconds. My stomach appreciates it….
