Coconut Date Overnight Oats

  • Half a cup of oats
  • 3 pitted dates
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp slivered almonds
  1. Mix the oats, cinnamon, chia seeds and almonds. Put in a cup.
  2. Put the coconut milk and dates in a blender, and whizz for a minute or so until there are no big chunks left.
  3. Pour the milk over the other ingredients, mix, and cover. Leave in the fridge overnight.
