Cucumber Mangosteen Mint Crushie

  • 1 cucumber
  • 5 mangosteens
  • 7 mint leaves
  • 1 cup of ice
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • half a lime
  1. Peel the skin off the cucumber and chop it into chunks.
  2. Peel all the mangosteens and set aside the parts with seeds (or eat them as you go!).
  3. Place the cucumber, seedless mangosteen bits, mint, honey and juice of the lime in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  4. Add the ice and pulse until your desired consistency.
